Additionally, for ARMY, seeing Taehyung open up about something so personal was one of those moments that stays with you.
Recently, during a livestream, BTS V shared that he has been dealing with hearing loss in one ear.
Moreover, the issue has persisted for around two and a half years.
Additionally, he said it worsened while he was serving in the military.
He is now receiving treatment, taking medication, and visiting the hospital regularly.
It’s hard not to feel emotional hearing this, especially knowing how much Taehyung has continued to give to ARMY and BTS while quietly dealing with something so personal.
After years of waiting to see all seven members together again, ARMY finally have BTS back.
On the ARIRANG World Tour, the group returns.
We have watched Taehyung step onto stage, perform, smile and share those special moments with fans around the world.
Knowing that he has been dealing with this behind the scenes makes his strength even more meaningful.
But if there is one thing ARMY want Taehyung to know, it’s that he doesn’t have to push himself for us.
His health, his happiness and his well-being will always matter more than any performance.
Jungkook also spoke about an injury he has been managing during the tour, making this another reminder that our seven members are human beings first. They can be tired, they can struggle, and they can need time to heal.
ARMY have waited a long time for BTS to be together again. Additionally, we can wait a little longer if they need to rest. We don’t need perfect performances or endless schedules — we just want Taehyung and seven to be healthy and happy.
So, Taehyung, if you ever happen to see this: please take care of yourself. 💜
You have spent so many years giving your voice, your music, your time and your heart to ARMY. Now let us give something back to you.
Rest when you need to. Get the care you need. Take things at your own pace. We’ll still be here.
Seven members. One family. And millions of ARMY cheering for you every step of the way. 💜
